For more than thirty years, the Boston law firm of Rainen Law Office, P.C. has concentrated its practice on commercial and residential real estate title matters and conveyancing. Our firm employs several paralegal title examiners who service all of Eastern Massachusetts, including Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk counties. We maintain a computerized data-base of more than 60,000 past examinations.
While our principal duties are to consult with both law firms specializing in real estate matters and Title Insurance Companies, we also represent lenders directly, in residential and commercial mortgage closings and foreclosures and conduct equity/asset searches. Rainen Law Office, P.C. has been involved as the consulting law firm on title matters for projects including: Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Sixty State Street, Exchange Place, Foxborough and Gillette Stadiums, Patriot Place, Lafayette Place, North Shore Mall, Cambridgeside Galleria Mall, the former Boston Garden as well as the TDBank Garden, and assorted R&D facilities along Routes 495 and 128. As certifying Counsel, the Firm’s Partners are policy-writing agents for eight major title insurance companies.
